Description

The Vulcan VC55GD double, full-size gas convection oven uses an electronic spark igniter to burn LP gas, so it does not require a pilot light during times when it isn’t in use, which can cut utility bills. The 12-HP blower motor has two speeds. When you are finished cooking, you can flip a switch to activate the oven cool down mode. This unit has independently operated doors that easily lift off for maintenance. These doors have double-pane windows so you can easily see into the cabinet to check on food without interrupting the cooking cycle or releasing heat. The handles on the door are cool to the touch to prevent burns. The front, top, and sides of the oven are made from stainless steel for durability, and the interior has a porcelain enamel coating that is easy to clean. The Vulcan VC55GD double, full-size gas convection oven has five nickel-plated grab-and-go racks that can be set to 11 positions.
