Cook your meats faster and ensure a better taste with use of this compact Opus 800 Clam Griddle with ribbed plates. By heating from above and below there is less shrinkage during cooking and more retention of flavour as the juices are locked in, with the added benefit of almost tripling your cooking output in comparison to a single heated surface. Both plates are independently controlled, allowing for a more economical operation and reduced running costs during quiet hours, whilst the ribbed design ensures an attractive brand to increase customer satisfaction.
