Ideal for cooking not only pasta, but also noodles, vegetables, mussels etc. They are designed to produce a high ratio of pasta and are fitted with a basket drainage area, along with an overflow which allows the starch to drain away. Fitted with inbuilt overflow – allows water to continuously run, removing starch whilst pasta is cooking and a sloping front panel allows operator to see and adjust controls easily.
