Ensemble of two 20cm terracotta bowls Barro – Hay

Designed by Portuguese designer Rui Pereira, Barro Bowl is part of a collection line of tableware that brings the warmth and beautiful simplicity of terracotta to the la table. Meaning “red clay” in Portuguese, Barro represents the designer’s appreciation of the traditions and uses associated with this ancient material. The bowl’s low design and rolled edges, combined with its soft feel and proportions, create a sense of stability that makes it a pleasure to use. Made in Portugal from durable terracotta, the Barro bowl is glazed in a variety of high-gloss colors that can be matched or mixed in countless personalized combinations. Bowls are supplied in sets of two.
