After visiting the Museum of Natural History in New York, Studio Job created a neo-gothic style depicting dancing skeletons of animals and humans. Turtles, birds and crocodiles, and all the inevitable figures of fears born of superstition and of life and death spectacles that depict extravagant, at times even violent, situations that our civilization is currently experiencing. After bronze, inlays, wallpaper, lamps and fabrics, now Perished is also available as a complement for the table: baskets, napkin holders and placemats “.

Soulmates Job Smeets and Nynke Tynagel founded studio job in 2000.
