All of the knives are heat-welded and the ergonomic handles have a grippy feel for comfort and safety. This range is only available in a 6 Piece Block Set and 2 x sets. The blades are made from high-quality German Stainless Steel and have a bolster designed for easy feel and greater comfort.

Maintenance & Care
- Cutting on soft, non-abrasive surface such as a bamboo timber or plastic cutting board will prevent premature dulling of the blade.
- Regular use of integrated sharpener will ensure that your knives retain their keen razor sharp edge.
- SCANPAN SAX knives are dishwasher safe, however, the use of harsh detergents may cause discoloration of the handles and pitting of the blades. These are precision cutting instruments and as such the blade edge could become dull or chipped if contact is made with other items in the dishwasher. We recommend that you hand-wash your knife and dry it thoroughly.
- Use a knife block or knife magnet to hold the knives and protect the blades. Never store knives loose in drawer
